Recognising the issues
Let’s talk about work. Why does it dominate our lives so much? Why do we expect it to provide all the answers? Tim will start to change your perspective and stop using work as an excuse for not following your true course to contentment. Hear Tim’s story about working too hard and taking himself too seriously. Become honest about where you are before moving forward.

Think how it feels
It’s time to press the pause button and get off the treadmill. Tim will take you through a series of exercises to think and feel differently about work and get back to the basics about who you actually are, not who you’ve become. Having reaffirmed your values, needs, and purpose, you can really start moving forward.

Making Changes
Change is hard and, sometimes, it seems impossible. Tim will break your chains of habit to test different possibilities: checking, sensing, researching, and feeling. By the end of this module, you will think of yourself as a brand, understanding the unique things you offer and how this can be used to live your life in a different way.

Paid for work
Money – we can’t really do without it. And paid work is also good for our sense of self-worth. But the way you earn a living has changed and Tim will ask you to consider if there’s a better way for you to keep the bank account looking healthy. At the end of this module, you will be contemplating work that you do for reasons other than money for money’s sake.

Unpaid work
Tim believes that unpaid or pro bono work can enrich everyone’s lives and provide you with the meaning you’re searching for. He will look at the rewards of charitable work and encourage you to devote part of your life to a cause that matters to you. Because giving back can return the favour many times over.

Simple pleasures
After completing this module you will be able to better appreciate the smaller things in life that can provide the greatest happiness. You’ll be asked to write down what makes you truly content and make a commitment to creating space in your life to enjoy them. You may be surprised at what really matters.

Making it work
This is where everything comes together: helping you embed your change and make it real. Too often, even when we want things badly, we fail because we haven’t truly committed to living the change. At the end of the course, you will create a pledge of commitment to your personal change. And your Three Piece Life may never be the same again.
